Refund & Return Policy – SN Wigs & More

Effective Date: November 04, 2025

At SN Wigs & More, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of beauty and personal-use products, certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Request Window
Customers must request a return within 3 calendar days of the delivery date.

Eligible Fashion Returns
Select fashion items may qualify for a return if:
• Item is unworn and unwashed
• Original tags are attached
• Return is requested within 3 days of delivery
• Item is not marked as final sale

Eligible Beauty Returns
We currently accept returns only for:
• Beauty tools
• Makeup products
• Brushes and select beauty accessories

To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused and unwashed
• Items must remain in original packaging
• Tags must still be attached

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Wigs
• Hair extensions
• Bundles
• Closures
• Frontals
• Hair products
• Earrings
• Swimwear
• Underwear or shapewear
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Clearance or final sale items
• Worn, washed, styled, altered, or damaged products

Return Process
To request a return:

1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item
3. Wait for approval instructions before shipping
4. Ship approved items back through USPS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Returns that do not meet our return requirements may be denied.
