A:Need file in AI/CDR/PDF,if not,clear image is required
2.Is mold charge include samples? How many smaples you can supply ?
A: Mold cost include sample charges ,free sample include 1pieces,if need more pieces,will charge unit price on extra pieces.
3.How long for sample leading time ?
A: Sample leading time is 7-9days,depends on product design.
4. How do we know if you design is fit for ours,can we change mold in production ?
A: confirmation. Before making mould,clients can ask for changing the design,we will change design as per request if no technique questions , if clients need change deisgn during molding,clients need pay the re-molding cost.
5.When can we received goods?
A: Shipping time is 3-7 working days, our cooperated courier include DHL/FEDEX/TNT/UPS
6.What is your payment term ?
A: 30% deposit, 70% shall be paid before shipment . Or 100% deposit , depends on order amount
